Bali

After five months and with lots of good memories, I left Katanning in the middle of december. I was pretty excited about my trip to Bali and to east coast of Australia even though it was a bit sad to say goodbye to everyone.
I had some great barbecues during my last week, though. On thursday we had one at home with all the Sandwells and Whitehouses. Sam organized a lovely barbecue at work on friday and it was great to see all the people again. Last but not least, we had our community services christmas party on saturday night.

On Sunday, I flew from Perth to Denpasar and got there in the evening. A driver picked me up, which was good as the traffic looked pretty heavy. I met another german guy (Bastian) at the homestay. He had already organized two scooters, so we were ready to hit the road the next day.

Last night in Bali
The trip to Bali was great and I really enjoyed myself, but I was happy to get back to Australia. On the 29th, I arrived in Melbourne and Johanna picked me up. I'm staying with her and her host sister in Werribee and it is just a great place! I think you've seen enough pictures so far, so I will upload the pictures from Melbourne another time.
I wish everyone a happy new year :-*
